Third Floor Structure of Jat Bhawan Completed Ahead of Schedule

The construction milestone was achieved two weeks ahead of the original schedule, thanks to the untiring efforts of the Mahasabha leadership and generous contributions from the Jat community across Uttarakhand.

Construction Status Update:

The third floor slab has been successfully cast and is now ready for interior work. Chief Engineer Sh. Ramesh Balyan confirmed the quality meets all IS code specifications.

• Foundation and basement work: 100%
• Ground floor (Reception, Admin): 100%
• First floor (Main Hall A — 90x60 ft): 100%
• Second floor (Banquet Hall B — 90x60 ft): 100%
• Third floor (24 rooms): Structure 100%, Interior 40%

• Room interior finishing: Target June 2025
• Fourth floor: September 2025
• Fifth floor (Kitchen, Mess): December 2025
• Lift (10-passenger): Early 2026
